In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "077jl" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://077jl.club and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Platform" refers to the 077jl website, mobile browser interface, all casino games, sportsbook, bingo, and all other services offered under the 077jl brand.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 077jl Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Member on the 077jl Platform through which all wagering and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds deposited by the Member minus amounts wagered, plus amounts won, minus amounts withdrawn, as reflected in the Member's 077jl Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, cashback, or promotional value awarded to a Member's Account under the terms of a specific 077jl promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Member using a payment method — including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, or Coins.ph — that are immediately withdrawable, subject to verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 077jl. Your use of the Platform — including browsing, registration, deposit, or the placement of any wager — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with the 077jl Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that such person or entity meets all eligibility requirements stated herein.

077jl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to the notification obligations stated in Section 13. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 077jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) birth certificate, UMID card, passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Members:

• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor are you accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, an Account that was closed by 077jl for breach of these Terms or for any other cause attributable to misconduct.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of 077jl or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not suffering from, nor have you been diagnosed with, a gambling disorder or addiction that would make participation in online gambling harmful to you. To access real-money gaming on the 077jl Platform, you must register an Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, complete, and current information as required. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any detail changes.

077jl accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the current applicable exchange rate where conversion is required.

077jl may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, VIP rewards, or other promotional value to Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all 077jl promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use and entertainment purposes only. Any systematic exploitation of promotional structures — including, but not limited to, bonus abuse, multi-accounting to claim the same offer, arbitrage betting across promotions, or collusion — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Game contribution rates vary by category; slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–15%). Specific rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry are forfeited automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 077jl Platform. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Funds equivalent to any value obtained through prohibited means:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, regardless of whether the accounts are operated simultaneously.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account, with or without their consent.
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider information exploitation, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Conducting any form of money laundering, financing of terrorism, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform to place wagers at incorrect odds or to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 077jl staff or other Members via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Placing wagers using funds that the Member does not have the lawful right to use.

All wagers placed on the 077jl Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game category. Casino game rules are determined by the respective certified game provider. Sportsbook betting rules governing the settlement of markets, void conditions, and event cancellations are available within the relevant sportsbook section of the Platform.

077jl operates its games through certified third-party providers whose outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 077jl does not alter game outcomes after the commencement of play. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

In the event of a disputed game result or settlement, the determination made by the relevant game provider or 077jl's internal review team shall be final. Where a technical error demonstrably affects the outcome of a game, 077jl reserves the right to void and refund the relevant wager.

All content on the 077jl Platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game assets, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 077jl or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without express prior written authorization from 077jl.

Any unauthorised use of 077jl's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 077jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or corruption of data, interruption of service, or Platform downtime caused by circumstances beyond 077jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from delayed payouts attributable to your payment provider.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or from your disclosure of such credentials to a third party.
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or game providers, over whose systems and decisions 077jl has no direct control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 077jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. 077jl's total aggregate liability to any Member for any direct loss arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

077jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members, accessible from Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Limits take effect immediately when set. Reductions to limits take immediate effect; increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Members may configure automated alerts that notify them when they have been logged into the Platform continuously for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. • Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account of between one (1) day and six (6) weeks to manage their gaming activity.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration and financial summary of their current session.

077jl is committed to preventing underage gambling and enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement through documented identity verification. If you suspect that a minor is accessing the Platform, please notify us immediately via live chat.

Members may close their 077jl Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements and verification obligations) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within five (5) business days.

077jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to void and forfeit any associated balances, where:

• The Member has materially breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information at any point during the Account lifecycle.
• 077jl reasonably suspects the Account of being involved in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Continuation of the Account poses an unacceptable responsible gaming or regulatory risk.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency instructs or orders 077jl to close the Account.

Where an Account is closed by 077jl for a breach of these Terms, the Member will be notified via their registered email address. A formal appeal may be submitted in writing to the contact address in Section 14. 077jl will review appeals within fourteen (14) business days and provide a written response.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the Member and 077jl.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Members retain all rights provided to them under Philippine consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
