We Never Sell Your Data
077jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers under any circumstances. Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve your 077jl account experience.
256-bit SSL Encryption

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected and processed by 077jl in connection with your use of the 077jl Platform at https://077jl.club. By registering an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. This Policy should be read alongside the 077jl Terms and Conditions.
01 Introduction
077jl is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every Filipino player who interacts with our platform. We understand that trust is the foundation of the relationship between a gaming operator and its members — and that trust is only sustainable if members know exactly how their personal information is handled.
This Privacy Policy explains, in plain terms, what personal data 077jl collects from you, why we collect it, how we use it, with whom we may share it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have as a data subject under Philippine law. 04 How We Collect Your Data
077jl collects personal data through the following means:
- Direct provision by you: When you register an account, submit identity verification documents, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact our support team, or otherwise voluntarily provide information through the Platform.
- Automatic technical collection: When you access the Platform, 077jl's servers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser characteristics, and session activity. This occurs through standard server logging and, where applicable, cookies and similar tracking technologies described in Section 9.
- Third-party payment processors: When you use GCash, Maya, or a bank transfer, transaction confirmation data is received from the relevant payment processor to verify and record your deposit or withdrawal.
- Identity verification services: Where 077jl uses a third-party KYC service to verify the authenticity of identity documents you submit, that service may process and return verification status data to 077jl.

Contractual Necessity

Without this processing, we cannot fulfil our obligations to you under the Terms and Conditions.
Legal Obligation

- Legal compliance: Meeting obligations under Philippine law, responding to lawful requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts.
077jl will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with those listed above without first providing you with notice and, where required by law, obtaining your consent.
07 Data Sharing & Disclosure
077jl does not sell your personal data. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers, data brokers, or advertisers. Data sharing occurs only in the limited and specific circumstances described below.
077jl may disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients:
- Payment processors: GCash (Mynt – Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), Maya (Voyager Innovations, Inc.), and other payment service providers receive the minimum data necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal transaction.
- Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC service providers receive identity document images and personal details solely for the purpose of verifying their authenticity. These providers are contractually bound to process the data only for this purpose.
- Game studios and platform providers: Certified game providers who supply content to the 077jl Platform receive bet and session data as part of the technical operation of their games and platform integrity monitoring.
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: 077jl may disclose personal data to Philippine government agencies, regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR where applicable), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or law enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.

- AES-256 encryption for sensitive personal data stored at rest, including financial data and identity document records.

- Bcrypt hashing of account passwords — 077jl staff cannot view your plain-text password and will never ask you to provide it.

While 077jl implements robust security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for ensuring that your device is free from malware or unauthorized access. Notify 077jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

077jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform for the following purposes:
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They maintain your authenticated session after login, preserve your preferences across page loads, and enable core security features such as CSRF protection. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking essential Platform functionality.
Functional Cookies
Functional cookies remember your preferences such as language settings, preferred game lobby filters, and interface configurations. Disabling these cookies will not prevent you from using the Platform but may degrade your experience.
Analytical Cookies
077jl uses analytics technologies to understand aggregate Platform usage patterns — pages visited, session durations, feature adoption rates, and error rates. Data collected for analytical purposes is aggregated and does not identify individual members by name. This data is used exclusively to improve the Platform.
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain categories of cookies may affect Platform functionality. 077jl does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking technologies for advertising purposes.
10 Data Retention
077jl retains personal data for the periods specified below, after which it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized:
- Account and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of your last Platform activity or account closure, whichever is later, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act record-keeping requirements.
- Identity verification documents (KYC): Retained for five (5) years from account closure or as required by applicable regulatory obligations, whichever period is longer.
- Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the support interaction, unless the matter remains subject to an open investigation, dispute, or legal proceeding.
- Technical and usage data (logs): Retained for twelve (12) months, after which aggregated anonymized summaries may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes. Raw logs are securely deleted.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for as long as you remain a registered member and for two (2) years following account closure, to document the lawful basis for prior marketing communications.
Where retention beyond these periods is required by a specific legal obligation, regulatory direction, or active litigation hold, 077jl will retain the relevant data until that obligation or hold is lifted, after which standard deletion procedures will be applied.
11 Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by 077jl. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 14.
Right to Access
You may request a copy of the personal data 077jl holds about you, together with information about how it is processed. 077jl will respond within thirty (30) days.
Right to Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Some corrections (such as name changes) may require supporting documentation.
Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of personal data where processing is no longer necessary for its original purpose, subject to overriding legal obligations requiring retention.
Right to Object
You may object to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests, including object to receiving marketing communications at any time.
Right to Portability
You may request a machine-readable copy of personal data you have provided to 077jl, for transmission to another service provider where technically feasible.
Right to Restrict Processing
You may request restriction of processing in specific circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested or while an objection is assessed.
077jl will respond to data subject rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, this period may be extended by an additional thirty (30) days with prior notice to you. There is no fee for exercising your data subject rights except where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply.
If you believe that 077jl has not handled your personal data in accordance with this Policy or applicable Philippine law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Contact information for the NPC is available at privacy.gov.ph.
12 Children's Privacy
077jl strictly prohibits access by minors. The Platform is not intended for persons under 21 years of age. 077jl does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If 077jl becomes aware that personal data of an individual under 21 years of age has been collected — whether through age misrepresentation during registration or otherwise — we will promptly close the associated account, delete the personal data, and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has accessed or registered on the 077jl Platform, please contact us immediately at the details in Section 14 so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.
13 Changes to This Privacy Policy
077jl reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made.
Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they affect your rights or the way we handle your data in a significant way — 077jl will notify registered members via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material updates (such as corrections of typographical errors or improvements to clarity) will not require individual notification.
Your continued use of the 077jl Platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should cease use of the Platform and, if you wish, request closure of your account.
